WCE's League City, Texas Chapter Local Leader is Taylor Norton of Makenzie Layne Boutique
A little about Taylor:
"Hello, my name is Taylor Norton and I am the owner of MaKenzie Layne Boutique. We are a western inspired boutique that seeks to offer great customer service and help women feel their absolute best! We started as an online boutique in the fall of 2020 and quickly began traveling to local markets. I left my corporate job and dove into entrepreneurship full time in August of 2021. Our storefront in League City followed shortly after that and this has allowed us to expand our inventory to now include decor and children’s.
Beyond our business expanding, having the storefront has presented many opportunities to connect and flourish relationships with other entrepreneurs. I first became involved with small business in 2016 and with a background in retail management, I truly value and respect the importance of networking. I am so excited to be the leader for League City and look forward to strengthening relationships with other like minded business women!
When I am not shoulders deep in my business, I am spending time with my husband (AKA, my biggest cheerleader and supporter) and our two dogs. My free time is usually spent curled up with a good book, catching the latest episode of Law and Order: SVU, or out on the dance floor two stepping with my husband."
