Hi there, I'm Novi—a proud small business owner, wife, and mom. My passion lies in empowering incredibly talented individuals to thrive in what they love. Whether it's providing a space, an idea, or a word of encouragement, I believe in walking in my purpose by supporting others on their journey.

As the owner of 201 Lofthaus, I'm dedicated to providing a distraction-free content Haus for photographers, content creators, and business owners to craft the scroll-stopping photos and videos they need to grow their businesses. With 7+ styled spaces, flooded in natural light, we make it easy for our clients to just show up & shoot in a cozy and beautiful Haus that feels like home.

With over 15 years of experience leading teams in corporate America, my drive has always been to help others achieve their goals. I find joy in removing obstacles and simplifying processes so that my clients can focus on what they do best.

Now, I have the privilege of extending this passion to support fellow women entrepreneurs. Being a small business owner can be isolating, which is why I'm committed to creating a supportive community for women entrepreneurs in our Katy chapter. Hi, I’m Lieah – co-founder of Wellness by Davlie, where I help women simplify healthy living through organic wellness teas, holistic nutrition, and practical wellness education. I’m also the founder of Harrington Strategic Partners, where I bring over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial strategy to support service-based business owners in reaching their growth goals.

My journey into wellness started from personal experience – extreme burnout, struggles with weight gain, fatigue and long Covid – which turned my world upside down and made me question everything I thought I knew about health and wellness. Through that journey, I found a new passion and purpose to help other women find balance between thriving in business and taking care of their health.
