Meet the Houston, Texas: Memorial/energy corridor #2 Local LeadersWCE's Houston, Texas: Memorial/Energy Corridor #2 Chapter Local Leader Emma Arzate of Detail Cleaning Services A little about Emma:
I’m Emma Arzate, the co-founder of Detail Cleaning Services, a business I helped launch in 2009 from a family dream. My journey started in college, where I supported my mother’s entrepreneurial aspirations and discovered my passion for transforming overwhelmed homeowners' lives through our cleaning services. I’m dedicated to creating meaningful careers within my community. I’ve worked hard to build a company culture that values and nurtures our employees, offering them benefits like health insurance, vacation days, and 401k plans in a supportive work environment. A pivotal moment in our journey was when my brother, Ino, joined our team after serving in the Army. His impact, combined with my leadership, has helped us earn over 2,500 5-star reviews and countless loyal clients. Beyond running Detail Cleaning Services, I also help small business owners diversify their marketing strategies to accelerate growth. I’m driven to help shortcut some of the struggles I went through, which took me 13+ years to overcome. When I’m not working, I love reading, traveling, and spending quality time with my family. |
